What does a home inspection include?


M&M’s home inspectors will closely examine the home's foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. We will then provide a complete home inspection report with results. Buyers are welcome to attend the inspection and explore their new home and ask questions during the process.


Do I need a radon test?


Radon tests are not required but it should be considered. Some counties in Colorado requires new homes to be built with a system to mitigate a cancer-causing gas. Over half of Colorado homes have tested positive for radon.


Is mold testing necessary in Colorado?


Exposure to molds may cause stuffy nose, wheezing, and red or itchy eyes, or skin. If you have allergies to molds or asthma, you may have more intense reactions.


How much do you charge for your services?


The costs for our services vary on the size and age of the house and which service you will need. We request receiving a quote for your home to obtain the most accurate pricing. We are very competitive and usually can match or beat any other inspection company’s prices.
